Holiday Festivities in Dana Point
Family and friends are the reason for the season, and we can’t wait to invite you all to the festive fun happening around Dana Point this year. Make sure you add these events holiday events to your calendar, and check it twice!
The 44th Annual Dana Point Harbor Boat Parade of Lights will sail into the Harbor on Friday & Saturday, December 7 and 8, and the following week, December 14 & 15. Festivities Begin at 4:30 p.m. and the Boat Parade Begins at 7:30 p.m. each day.
The Youth Board is working with the Dana Point Times to publish “Candy Cane Lanes,” a detailed route of Dana Point’s decorated homes. This year, it is going to be bigger and better than ever. If you or someone you know likes to have the best holiday decorations on the block and wants to get in on the festive fun, register HERE! The Home Decorating is being judged on the 13, but they will be published in the Dana Point Times on the 21st.
Come ring in the New Year with the Arabian Nights-themed Active Lifestyle (50+) New Years Eve Dinner Dance! The Community Center doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. There will be dancing and a DJ. At 9:00 p.m., there will be the celebration of the East Coast midnight ball drop.
