It’s Official – Happy Trolley Days
The iconic Dana Point Trolley is back and thanks to the tremendous support, growing ridership, and valuable feedback received from the community, the City has expanded the daily Dana Point Trolley season beginning today Friday, May 24, running through Monday, September 2.
The trolley is back with the expanded route riders enjoyed last year. The City now offers 26 stops, so no matter your summer destination, you can hop on board the Dana Point Trolley.
That’s not all – each trolley now carries right surfboard racks so you can catch a ride right out of the water after a morning surf sesh. The Dana Point Trolley is handicap accessible and is always free of charge.
The Dana Point Trolley is one of our City’s most valued features, and to top it off – riders are able to access real-time Dana Point Trolley locations and wait times on their smartphones with our custom Dana Point App, or with the use of the trolley tracker at www.dptrolley.com.
Residents and visitors can use the app to view route information, the trolley schedule, and even service updates. Route information includes maps of not only the Dana Point Trolley but the Harbor Shuttle as well. The schedule shows the trolley hours of operation along with the holiday schedule. Follow the trolley in real time to catch one every 15 minutes from each stop.
Don’t forget to show your Trolley experience with us by tagging #DPTrolley on all of your social media channels. Stay connected on all of the City of Dana Point’s social channels for news and updates all summer long.
